Dr. Rajesh NVC is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at KLH GBS. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. Prior to this, he earned an Integrated Master’s degree in Science (Geophysics) from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He was among the top performers in both the IIT-JEE Mains (99.84 percentile) and the CAT examination (99.97 percentile). Dr. Rajesh brings a diverse range of professional experience, having worked with reputed organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Reliance Retail, and IMG Reliance. His corporate journey spans multiple geographies, including Europe, North America, Singapore, and India. In addition to his industry experience, he has also served as a faculty member at the Dr. MCR HRD Institute (Government of Telangana), within its Centre for Management and Behavioral Studies. His research interests include Positive Psychology, Personality Psychology, and the exploration of Significant Life Incidents. He has presented his research at several national and international academic conferences. His teaching interests encompass Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Positive Psychology, and Theories of Personality.
