Dr. Sarathsimha Bhattaru is an Associate Professor in the Department of MBA at the KLH-Global Business School, KL Deemed to be University. Prior to joining KLH-GBS, He has almost 15 years of experience in teaching, industry, and research. He holds a Ph.D. from the Acharya Nagarjuna University in the area of Marketing Management. He received his AP-SET in Management qualification from Andhra University in 2019. He has around Sixteen articles published in national and international journals & Conferences, Indexing SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE, ABDC & UGC CARE. He has completed five certificate courses through NPTEL and Udemy. He provided guidance and support to numerous MBA students, facilitating the implementation of various Quality projects. He published three books in the Marketing and HR domain. Also Reviewer for the Asian Journal of Economics, Business and Accounting. His research interests include Customer Experience Management, Consumer Behavior, and Market Research. He also shares his knowledge with industry and academia through consultations, projects, and guest lectures.
