Dr. Swarupa Pelleti is an Associate Professor in HRM and General Management at KLH Global Business School, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (Deemed to be University), Hyderabad. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching postgraduate students. She has participated in various national and international conferences and has got a good number of research papers published in various journals of national and international repute. Her research interests include Green HRM, Quality of Work Life, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, CSR. She received Doctorate from S. V. University, Tirupati in 2014. She was awarded as best professor in HRM and researcher in 2019 from IARDO and AMP academic Excellence awards, Hyderabad. She bagged Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan best teacher award 2023 from Society for Learning Technologies. Don’t wish for it -work for it is her life mantra.
