KLH GBS Signs MoU with IIT Kharagpur Alumni Network to Foster Industry-Ready Talent
On April 21, 2025, KLH University, Hyderabad – Global Business School, formalized a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr. Y. V. Satish Kumar, a distinguished alumni network of IIT Kharagpur and Co-founder & Director of ASquare Infotech. Dr. Kumar also serves as the President of the Technology Alumni Association IIT Kharagpur – Hyderabad Chapter, which boasts a robust network of over 3,000 members, many of whom are leaders in multinational corporations or successful entrepreneurs.
The MoU was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Anand Bethapudi, Dean of KLH Global Business School, and Dr. Y. V. Satish Kumar, marking a significant step towards integrating industry expertise into the academic framework. The collaboration aims to enrich the curriculum with practical insights, particularly in the areas of finance, fintech, and business analytics. This initiative is designed to enhance the Summer Internship Program (SIP), foster innovation through dedicated mentoring, and ultimately improve placement outcomes for students.
The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. Gundala Nagaraju, Adjunct Professor and alumnus of both IIM Calcutta and IIT Kharagpur, and Dr. Pavani Kadiyala, Industry Advisor – Digital Strategy, underscoring the collaborative effort to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
