KLH GBS Students Make a Powerful Mark at the South Zone Inter-University Tennis Tournament

KLH Global Business School continues to reinforce its commitment to holistic education by fostering excellence not only in academics and leadership development, but also in competitive sport. This philosophy found strong expression at the South Zone Inter-University Tennis Tournament, where KLH GBS students emerged as key contributors to a landmark achievement on one of the most competitive university sporting stages in South India.

The women’s campaign found its heartbeat in Muruga Sera Anjum, a third-year BBA student of KLH Global Business School, while the men’s side was strengthened by the steady presence of Nashik Reddy third-year BBA and Dheeraj Reddy second-year BBA. Their disciplined performances culminated in one Winner title and two Runners-Up finishes, earning all three athletes selection to the All-India Inter-University Team and the Khelo India University Games 2026, and elevating their journey beyond the zonal stage.

Supporting this success was a team bound by trust across campuses. From the Vijayawada campus, Muni Ananth Mani and T. Shashank brought calm and stability at crucial moments, while Prashant Reddy from Aziznagar added consistency that quietly held the squad together. In the women’s category, Lakshmi Siri and Rishita Reddy, both first-year BCA students, along with Vennela Reddy, a first-year CSE student from Aziznagar, played with composure and mutual confidence—strengthening the team through coordination, belief, and a shared sense of purpose.

This achievement unfolded at the South Zone Inter-University Tennis Tournament 2025, held at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), a competition that brought together leading universities from across South India. The tournament demanded sustained endurance and sharp focus across intense knockout rounds, creating a stage where only the most prepared could endure. Alongside the KLH GBS students, the success was strengthened by the collective efforts of students from other KLH campuses, reflecting a shared spirit of unity and purpose.

As the tournament drew to a close, the outcome extended far beyond medals and rankings. It was reflected in the quiet pride shared by the team, the confidence forged through competition, and the assurance that dedication finds its reward. For KLH Global Business School, this moment affirms that its students did more than participate - they proved their place on a stage that demands excellence, carrying forward a legacy shaped by resilience, unity, and purposeful effort.
